Returns
The Hells Bells returns policy is 14 days only, after 14 days we are no longer able to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it’s original packaging.

Refunds
Once your item has been received and checked over, Hells Bells will inform you via email if the return has been accepted and if you will be refunded.
If accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
If the credit does not appear within 10 days please contact your bank first before making contact with Hells Bells.
Sale items
Only non sale items and non ‘too much love’ items can be refunded.

To return your product please contact Hells Bells via email for our returns address
Shipping costs for returning an item are at the customers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable regardless of whether or not a refund is accepted.
